    A Company into manufacturing and trading of Food and Confectionery products offers a position of a Client Concierge at WadalaAbout the CompanyThis Company was Incorporated in the Year (Estb Yr.): 2018 and is a Private limited Company.This Company has 17 Employees in group companies and has T/O of Over Rs.2.5 crores.The Company is into Chocolates and Confectionaries and a sister concern of a reputed Healthcare GroupJob DescriptionTeam size handled 2- 3 persons.Preference - Female preferred Working days: 6 days.Work Timings: 10 to 6.30Location at WadalaJob Profile:
    • This Candidate would be the first to interact with customers, so the first impression of our company depends on the candidates friendliness and efficiency.
    • Acquire extensive knowledge of the company and its products and make the most suitable recommendations.
    • This Candidate would be the first point of contact between Clients and the organization.
    • This Candidate would answer inquiries, direct phone calls, and coordinate Meetings if any.
    • This Candidate would make sure that every Client feels welcomed and feels important while always maintaining company culture.
    • Acting as the point of reference for Client who need assistance or information.
    • Understanding customers needs and providing them with personalized solutions by suggesting alternatives provided by the company.
    • The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with the right information and handle all incoming requests.
    • Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.
    Requirements and skills
    • Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
    • Ability in multitasking and time-management
    • Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.
