Job Description

    You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Account Opening, Maintenance and client operations.You have found the right team.As a member of the USPB Client Prefills team, you will play a key role in improving the experience for both internal and external clients/partners. We are looking for Analysts who are eager to work in a fast paced environment, learn about US Private Bank products and services available to affluent clients and provide an excellent client experience. You will assist with the gathering and preparing client documents and establishing accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for the operational support, governance, and remediation of new and existing client and account data. You will work closely with Client Services, Bankers, Investors, etc. to facilitate client and account maintenance updates across multiple products and platforms.Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
    • Identify and prefill documentation for distribution to client for review/execution
    • Manage and facilitate client due diligence, including coordinating the participation of JPMorgan partners who have account opening responsibilities
    • Serve as point of contact for account opening, maintenance and reporting issues for designated clients . Perform account and client level updates based on client or business partner instruction and ensure instructions are provided by authorized account holder/contact
    • Perform verification for work processed by team members to identify/resolve data issues
    • Take ownership to diligently maintain outlined policies and procedures
    • Interact with family offices, clients, and/or Front Office partners
    • Run basic reports (trend analysis, production reports) and review metrics and take actions accordingly
    • Provide subject matter expertise to assist business partners with complex onboarding/maintenance scenarios
    Qualifications
    • 4 6 years of Relevant experience
    • Graduate degree Preferably in Finance, Banking, Accounting
    • Proficiency of MS Office applications
    • Foundational knowledge of the financial industry and products applicable to the role
