Job Description

    Hiring for Cluster Manager & City Manager- TATA 1mg is hiring for Cluster Manager and City Manager for Bangalore and Mumbai- Only relevant profiles send your updated resume with current CTC- Expected CTC and notice periodPosition : Cluster ManagerDepartment : Diagnostics Supply ChainLocation : Bangalore/MumbaiExperience required : 3 yrs+ experience in relevant supply chain and 5 yrs+ overall work experience.Qualification required : Engineering from a reputed tier 1 or tier 2 institute. & MBA in OperationIndustry Preference : Diagnostic/eCommerce IndustryJob Responsibilities :1. Build and lead a strong team of internal ops team leaders, phlebotomists and other on ground staff.2. Own and manage the daily functions of the collection operations including logistics, supply chain management, vendor management, coordination between different internal stakeholders3. Building best in class, optimized and highly effective supply planning for phlebotomist and runners network.4. Ownership of performance metrics like on cost per order, on time collection, TATs, rescheduling, NPS etc5. Ensure regulatory, compliance and internal SOPs and rules are followed by all the logistic partners and In house phlebotomists from sample collections to processing6. Build a robust system of check and balances for sample processing with phlebotomist and team leaders7. Establish and maintain business standards for reliability, trustworthy, convenient serviceability model.,
