Job Details -Handling of all ROC Compliance under the Companies Act 2013.Preparing & Maintaining Statutory records as required under Companies Act Drafting of notices, agenda, resolutions ,minutes for the Board, Committee & General Meetings & organizing the said meetings.Preparing annual reports and returns of the Companies under the GroupPreparing & Filing of Annual returns or other forms with RoC, RD & other authorities and converting them into XBRL.Coordination with various government authorities.Adherence to various statutory compliances of Corporate Laws and respectiveregulatory authorities for Listed & Unlisted Indian & overseas Companies.Coordination with various regulatory & governmental authorities & Adherence to various statutory compliances for India & overseas Subsidiary Companies.Execution of Corporate Action such as restructuring projects like mergers under the supervision of the Senior Manager.Handling matters in FEMA, Single Master Form Return, FC - GPR for FDI, FLA Reporting & advice on other FEMA Compliance matters.Have experience in drafting, reviewing, vetting of agreements like Vendor Agreements, Customer Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Undertakings & other legal documents.Liasoning with external Advocates of the company & visiting Courts on the Court dates.The person will be responsible for handling the entire Group & its subsidiaries.Desired Candidate ProfileQualified CS with 3+ years of experience.Perks and Benefits,
