Job Description

    we are looking for someone who had knowledge of Labour Laws and well versed with Compliance.Compliance Lead - Senior Manager-
    • Should possess relevant academic and practical knowledge to address every aspect of labour law.
    • Recommending the necessary infrastructure and process to ensure 100% labour compliance.
    • Oversee important document processing for all locations/sites in respect of mandatory documents, registers, records, periodic returns, site notice display, authorization, DSC, member nominations / declaration on account of PF/ ESIC & Gratuity matter Etc beside PT & LWF compliance.
    • Liaison with Government authorities and related external parties.
    • Coordination and monitoring of court case and legal compliances.
    • Handling of unions matter, negotiation, settlement & disputes.
    • Meeting clients regularly and providing solutions to their queries.
    • Attending Compliance Audit of Clients and ensuring closure of all NC observations.
    Complaining under various Labour laws for various clients.
    • To prepare minimum wages summary for State and Central.
    • Responsible for Annual returns, quarterly returns & half yearly returns under various acts.
    • Maintaining Statutory Register under various acts for clients.
