Job Description

    Position: Concept Development and Marketing Manager-Niche & Premium Product Category (5-8 yrs) (Leading Building Materials Co)Role:- Concept Development: To create conceptual strategies in strengthening the acoustic building solutions. This includes presentations to key accounts and to liason with them for project solutions. - End user focus: Detailed team and projects mapping for various applications primarily in Office/ Commercial segment. This will include travel to geographies pan India and networking with key stakeholders. - Sector development: To identify opportunities and sectoral growth prospects via frequent customer meetings and evaluation of their project requirements.- Marketing: To create marketing material, stories and content which can be driven through various means of communication. This will strongly inlcude planning large as well as small format events and execution of the programs through internal and external resources. - Analyze Market trend & Competition benchmarking to define action measures and category Strategy & roadmap- Actively working on market gap identification, New Product Development and GTM Strategy Implementation; managing brand building & product awareness campaigns- Create competitive product portfolio based on Consumer behavior, Technology trends & internal capabilities- Communications: To work and constantly evaluate existing and new channels of communication including digital mediums and social media. This will include establishing thought leadership in the acoustics category and creating customer pull via various initiatives. - Design promotional strategies and implementation through ATL, BTL & Digital- Case studies and technical solutions: To prepare local testimonials, AV case studies and general research cases. This includes providing technical expertise and liasoning with govt. bodies for best practices, standardisation, etc.- Develop selling stories & product specific information for catalogues, POSM, training and sales pitchRequirements:- BE, MBA - 5-8 yrs of post MBA experience in Category Management/ Category Creation/ Product Management/ New Concept Development/ New Product Development, especially in the Interior Construction Industry- Some prior experience in Business Development/ Institutional Sales will be preferred- Good Communication and Analytical skills- Good Networking Skills- Knowledge of technical subjects like acoustics, fireLocation: Mumbai
