Job Description

    Conceptualizing & executing projects and managing related activities like finalization of technical specifications,tendering, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management & manpower planningFinalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants/ collaborators, externalsuppliers & clients; maintaining healthy cash flows for all the projects in execution by ensuring timely billing to theclient in line with the terms of payment and work executed at siteCreating time span of project execution as per specifications; maintaining notes of resource needs for projects, afterconsidering the budgetary parameters setAnchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters andeffective resource utilization to maximize the outputPositioning suitable manpower, equipment& materials and planning to ensure timely execution of projectsPreparing & executing project proposals within budget & timeline; complying with safety & audits parameters,ensuring 100% implementation of safety standards, implementing actionable points within the stipulated timeCoordinating with Designers, Subject Matter Experts and other authorities when required; liaising with governmentauthorities, consultants and other statutory bodiesSupervising construction activities of residential & commercial buildings at various locations; performing progressmonitoring at site, quality maintenance and certifications of billsLeading multifarious functions like budget planning & execution of civil maintenance tasks; micro planning, monitoring& executionSubmitting construction drawings, initiating detailed execution, preparing client bill, subcontractors bills & claimsFinalizing alignment, geometrics, cross-sections, junction improvement, bore-hole locations for geo-technicalinvestigations & general arrangement drawings of civil structuresParticipating in review meetings for evaluating progress, providing technical inputs to construction methodologyDrafting terms of sub-contracts, and supply agreements; preparing & reviewing Method Statements and Work SpecificQuality Control Plans
