THE ROLE
Teaching as per the syllabus
Developing teaching material/ notes for student s/ questions sets etc.
Setting exam papers and conducting student s assessment as per the schedule
Extra coaching to weak student s/basic counselling
Bringing innovations/different strategies in teaching and program
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching as per the calendar
Conducting viva and monthly assessment
Setting up exam papers/ question set
Developing teaching material/papers/notes etc.
Willingness to take additional responsibilities
Writing case stories of students
Willingness to learn and change
Inculcating positive attitude among students
Experience in teaching skills medical/para-medical subjects
Skills of interpersonal communication, understanding students grasping level, assessing them, presentation skills, writing skills etc.
Experience in developing teaching material
Willingness to update knowledge and skills in this medical field
Taking initiatives and to bring innovations in the program
Education to /medical or para-medical field- Nursing/Doctor in any field of allopath, homeopathy or Ayurveda
Ability to maintain role boundaries
Interest in teaching and in social sector
Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi
Self-starting and self-monitoring abilities
Willingness to give extra time if required
Report weekly to the Program coordinator
Managing students, maintaining records, attendance etc.
Contribute to the organizational culture and work of SNEHA to an appropriate degree
Familiar of informal settlements and vulnerable population in Mumbai
Ability to understand the cause that organization is working for
