Job Description

    We are looking for experienced Java developers to build out our Automation framework which will enable the rapid build and deployment of critical Business capabilities to fast moving and dynamic market.Candidate Profile: As a member of our Automation Engineering team, you will have a passion for solving business problems through experience, innovation and collaboration. You will be technically excellent as well as constantly striving to learn and improve.You will have a client-first mindset and be confident in working closely with our Business stakeholders to achieve the programs goals. You will be motivated to understand what our Business does and how best ensure Technology are delivering first-class solutions.Responsibilities:
    • Development and expansion of Core Java Automation framework.
    • Create clear and succinct project documentation.
    • Represent the Automation Engineering team in program governance meetings.
    • Accurately define delivery estimates and explain to stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the team s overall success as well as identifying and implementing improvements.
    Core Technical Skills, Experience:
    • 4 -8 years of software development experience using Java.
    • Core Java, IBATIS, Spring, Hibernate and J2EE concepts.
    • JSP
    • Maven, Jenkins, Git and BitBucket
    • SQL / Sybase
    • Experience of working across the full SDLC.
    Personal
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Capable of managing their own workload, priorities and deadlines.
    • Confident to suggest new ideas and identify opportunities to improve.
    • Highly responsive in resolving issues
    • Understand the importance of collaboration with your immediate team and globally with the entire program group.
    Educational BE / MCA / Msc / Bsc in IT/Computers or similar.,
