Job Description

    The Data & Analytic Solutions team leads initiatives across the Planning & Analysis function with a focus on enabling self-service capabilities for data consumption and analytics by developing and implementing custom applications using React, Python, SQL, and cloud technologies. Supporting Planning & Analysis holistically, this team interfaces with multiple line of business teams to source ideas around enhanced automation and integration opportunities, translate ideas into use cases, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver tangible solutions in an agile operating model. Key Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure that work is prioritized appropriately to meet business objectives, and managing competing priorities
    • Analyze business needs and provide technical requirements to development teams
    • Manage all team requirements, escalating where there are gaps and delivering tactical and strategic remediation plans
    • Deliver process improvement through constant review both internally and with partner departments
    • SQL based query creation and analysis
    • Strong analytical / critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to develop and clearly present drawn conclusions & potential solutions
    • Provide analysis of current programs which includes performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs and designing solutions to problematic programming
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor s degree, with a focus on BIS, MIS, computer science, or another quantitative field.
    • 5+ years hands on experience:
      • Data management, modeling, and domain creation
      • SQL and relational databases such as Oracle
      • 3rd party business intelligence products such as Alteryx, Tableau, and UI Path
      • Agile methodologies from inception to implementation
    • Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and tackle difficult challenges
    • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
    • Capable of taking initiatives to looks for ways to improve the products such as identifying inefficiencies and/or learn new technologies that enhance current products capabilities
    • Ability to communicate effectively at many levels of the organization including synthesizing key messages for senior management.
    • Knowledge of software development life cycle and collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence
    • Delivery oriented, conscientious and reliable; strong written and verbal communication
