Associate Tech F&BM Central Team (LoB: GF&BM : Sub LoB: Corp. Finance) Job level: Associate (601)Location: Prism Towers, Mumbai, India OR ETV Bldg, BangaloreHours: EMEA Shift (1.30 pm to 10.30 pm) (up to 12 pm EST)Group DescriptionTechnology Finance team support globally to Enterprise Technology (ET) for Financial reporting which includes EMR s, MIS Reports, Headcount reports. Team also supports to maintain Clarity (Global) tool. Team provides financial support to Global Technology finance teams. The position requires frequent interaction with the U.S.-based ET F&BM teams.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Clarity Support, GT Financial reports and Resource Management support including:1. Clarity Support includes month end close activities , WRM support , PFA & Other MIS Reporting2. Clarity incident tickets processing & analysis. Driving Clarity Governance call.3. Creating CT Pitch Books on Monthly basis4. Monthly & Quarterly EMR s & other Finance Reports5. Data upload in SAP with accuracy & within timeline6. Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the deliverables7. Adhocs on data retrieval and table population8. Allocations reports9. Data upload into various planning systems (SAP/Apptio) with accuracy and within timeline10. Extraction and mining of data reports from various source systems like Goliath, RFS, iCFO etc.11 Review and improve on productivity benchmarks on ongoing basis12 To liaison / front-ending with the onshore partners to understand the business drivers13 Monthly and Yearly Demand Planning and analysisStrategic & Business Partnering:1. Creating decks and reports for senior management2. Understanding the key functions & responsibilities of the various groups involved within every stage of the ET business3. Performing all BAU & adhoc activities expediently and at a very high level of quality4. Contribute towards ongoing business projects and initiatives5. Support F&BM teams by providing clear and concise reporting as requiredQualifications / Desired Attributes1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance2. Outstanding PC skills especially with Excel and PowerPoint3. 7+ years financial reporting, planning and forecasting experience4. Experience in Essbase systems5. Advanced technical skills in Excel and Access6. Exceptional time management and prioritization skills essential7. Ability to interact effectively with peers and senior management8. Proven experience delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting & analysis from diverse, complex data sources9. Attention to detail is a must with focus on executive quality presentation10. Self-starter; demonstrate ability to complete assigned tasks independently with minimum supervision,
