About the Role: The role will form a part of the leadership team at Group level, with keen eye on Brand Strategy and Communications and reporting to the CEO. This is a fresh role that will shape the Brand Identity and be responsible for formulation & execution of the Communications and PR strategy for the Group. We are looking for digital natives or eager adapters with a passion to translate business vision to visible brand identity that speaks to the customer, employees, prospects and collaborators. The position will work closely with Marketing, Strategy and Business teams. Your key goals and responsibilities: - Brand Identity and Strategy: define and execute the brand strategy to shape the Coverfox brand led by the vision of the Group and insights from the customers & collaborators. - Develop and manage brand elements corresponding to the brand strategy- Conceptualize and execute brand led ideas to enhance brand recognition, recall and positioning for the target audience. - Public Relations & Communications: Responsible for nurturing and building awareness / engagement with the industry network to ensure a visible, interactive corporate image for the Group.- Develop & execute an internal and external marketing communications plan that covers strategy, budget, timelines, tactics etc.- Coordinate all PR activities with high level placements in media - print, broadcast & digital, organizing of events and engaging through social media.- Create content for external and internal communications; ensure updated & exciting Company website; building thought leadership networks.- Brand Campaigns: Build a team to manage & plan brand campaigns - ATL campaigns in prescribed budgets across communication media. Provide BTL support for sales campaigns for product propagation or brand activation. - Design and deploy communication in sync with brand identity; creation and placement of adverts through media plan, creative development, tracking metrics, market research and vendor/agency management.- Manage the media budgets - digital and traditional, work closely with team & media agency in alignment with brand promise and organizational goals.- Develop, test and execute sharp multi-channel marketing plans to communicate across customer and collaborator touch points. - Own and be accountable of the Brand Voice by defining SOPs and processes for products & platforms. Work with digital teams to build digital brand assets, visibility on digital & social media.- Embrace knowledge of all changing media marketplace conditions, consumer trends, research/measurement evolutions, ad tech, and provide expertise internally to keep organization in the know.- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics to monitor and adjust key branding & communications programs in order to tap on impact and way forward. Qualifications & Competencies: - 10+ years of experience in branding and communications with clear inclination on online/offline brand strategy as well as execution. - Understanding and experience of the digital ecosystem and traditional media; solid experience in social media engagement. - Proven track record in PR & communications- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high-level way to communicate key points to partners; process sensitive information.This job opening was posted long time back.
