    About Coverfox Coverfox (www.coverfox.com) is Indias first InsureTech insurance broking firm with a vision to provide a bouquet of choices to its customers to compare and contrast policies from its insurer partners. About the Role : - The role will strengthen the existing Tech & Product team with a view to explore emerging business developments and bring the tech-first vision to life. The position is open to be located for Mumbai / Bengaluru and expected to manage the teams located at both these locations.- The role is fit for someone who can lead team and collaborate with stakeholders with willingness to discuss & debate, solve problems through designing & deploying products and have a strong bias to action. It entails extensive collaboration with the business, analytics, engineering, marketing and sales teams. The role demands deep understanding of market needs to turn that knowledge into innovative / disruptive products, features or solutions; and be accountable for products pertaining to B2C vertical and mobile application. Your key goals and responsibilities : - Own and execute the product strategy that aligns with customer engagement and the business requirement. - Manage end to end product lifecycle from conceptualization to execution, go-live and enhancements. - Contribute significantly to overall product and organizational strategy - operationalize, codify and scale through optimal use of technology. - Drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders from product, technology / engineering, design, marketing, analytics and business teams. Ensure focus and execution per product roadmap priorities. - Understand and obsess about customer/client experience and build products that are intuitive and innovative with ability to translate insights to action. - Benchmark competitor products / experiences, take data-driven decisions and be adept at synthesizing various technologies to simple and effective products/platforms/solutions. Your key qualifications & competencies : - 6+ years of experience in technology & product with 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development and 4+ years in product development.- Experience of working in startups / fintech / insuretech is a plus. - Strong sense of ownership and speed of execution. - Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders (external / internal). - Be solution oriented to solve customer / business problem; without being tool-minded. - Have a data-driven bent of mindset with business understanding.,
