Job Description

    Job summaryWe are looking for an experienced creative producer to join the team responsible for the campaign and creative asset development of our series marketing campaigns. This team is based in the Mumbai office, but you will be interacting and working with creative team that sits in Los Angeles. This role requires global exposure and hence the candidate would be expected to travel and work together with our international teams. At Prime Video, the Creative Producer will work closely with the Creative Director/Creative Leads, and is responsible for ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality control on creative assets, localizing global marketing assets in Indian languages, maintaining an open line of communication with multiple (IN, international, and external stakeholders), and driving a seamless campaign execution. The CP needs to rank highly on attention to detail and maintain the highest standards of quality across multiple customer touchpoints. The CP is the first port of reception and final port of delivery for all creative assets. The CP should be experienced with all technical aspects of pre and post -production, for both static and AV assets. This means comprehensive command over audio-visual edit, color-correction and DI, sound mixing, scripting and storyboarding and overseeing talent shoots. Prior experience of work with/in content creation agencies or production house is preferred., 1. 6+ years of experience in Creative Production2. Ability to streamline management of creative projects, and following hardcoded timelines and budgets.3.Proficiency with asset management tools and processes. Prior experience of having set up workflow trackers, troubleshooting sessions and guiding agencies on large scale asset creation 4. Ability to think and work independently, and be extremely solution-oriented in the approach.5. Ability to lead internal and external teams through project documentation, cost estimates, QC processes, and delivery schedules6. Ability to stay organized, calm and maintain clear lines of communication during multiple priority projects. 7. Ability to work with agencies specializing in asset production over multiple Indian languages and hold a high bar of quality8. Knowledge of asset formats across all media of marketing social, digital, outdoor, TV and print. 1.Prior experience in entertainment marketing in a production house or an agency, of having created content at scale.2. Excellent communication and presentation skills3. Ability to speak and/or write multiple languages 4. Prior experience of having set up workflow processes towards large scale project deliveries5. Should be able to negotiate estimates on jobs as well as stay on budget and follow through with all required legal requirements between third-party agencies and Amazon
