Job Description

    Credit Risk AnalystJob Code :JPC - 1418What we are looking for Lendings Credit Strategy and Operations team is looking for a smart, motivated,and analytical Credit Risk Analyst to join our underwriting and portfoliomanagement team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding ofunderwriting and related systems, as well as portfolio risk managementexperience. This role involves high judgment decision making, use/creation of riskanalytics, the ability to analyze customer financials, complex underwriting, andmanagement of SLAs. The successful candidate will have a strong desire ininnovating processes, strong attention to detail and exceed expectations in adynamic, fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.Key job responsibilitiesUnderwrite consumer loans credit applications; Evaluate portfolio risks across portfolios, monitoring and creating riskmetrics; Improve processes to increase efficiency and improve risk mitigation acrossmarkets; Contribute to and build underwriting/credit strategies across the portfolioand individual customer sub-segments; Manage relationships with key stakeholders and develop cross-organizational support for key initiatives.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSStrong Excel Skills SQL Proficiency (1 year minimum professional application) Minimum 6 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting a Ability to interpret key business financial statements/information Experience in change management and driving adoption of new tools,processes, and decision support (i.e. scaling) Experience creating new credit policies and SOPs Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Robust analytical skills, including the ability to be hands-on and dive deepinto details, identifying root cause and propose solutions Able to build positive business relationships and work collaboratively withcross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planningand task delegation
