Job Description

Role 1: RPA Developer

• Build, Develop, Test and Release robotic process automations into production environment using ServiceNow Intellibot / PEGA robotics tool
• Work with the Operations department to ensure the automations functions properly within the enterprise environment and make sure that bug fixes and CR s delivered on time.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability of interact with senior management and drive communication.
• Ability to break down development problems and estimate time for development tasks.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodology.
• Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Candidate must demonstrate good understating of programming languages (like C# etc.)

Role 2: Jr Data Analyst

• Build, Develop, Test and Release Data flows into Data Lake using ETL tool
• E2E data analysis/transformation

MicroStrategy Visualization Developer:

• Understand the business requirement and data structure
• Build, Develop, Test and Release MicroStrategy dossiers/dashboard based on the Data Lake

Skills RequiredMust Have:

• Good analytical, communication and techno-functional documentation skills
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodology

Must have one of the below:

• Strong skills on Data Transformation SQL and an ETL tool (preferably Dataiku else any of informatica/ DataStage etc )
• Strong skills in visualization preferably MicroStrategy else Tableau / QlikView / PowerBI

Role 3 - Cyber Security Services: Cybercrime is a growing and increasingly complex threat with criminals becoming more sophisticated at new attacks. For us to be able to effectively protect the bank from cyberattacks, we continuously develop our cybersecurity capabilities through among others hiring the best talent and consistently Innovate to build our capabilities, agility to anticipate and counter emerging threats. CSS mission is to Protect the bank from cyber threats through delivering client-centric services and as part of CSS family you would be playing a key role in

• • Improving Threat resiliency through continuous improvement of security controls coverage and capabilities
  • Support and assist in retrospective security analysis, to investigate Cyber security incidents and leverage lessons learned to build strategic solution to disrupt the Complex threats and attacks
  • Identify areas of automation and orchestration to improve the threat detection response time and quick recovery
  • Support and be part of Learning loop to strengthen Banks cyber security capabilities
  • Triaging alerts with a threat driven approach and countering cyber security incidents right in time to prevent larger scale attacks
  • Embed the security controls in technologies stack to minimize the attack surface and protect the bank from adversaries
  • Support Security transformation initiatives and Product roadmap
  • Support the delivery and contribute to maturing the orchestration & automation strategy
  • Develop fast, scalable & secure tools with modern development techniques

Role 4 - Data Management & Privacy:This business function was set up to uplift the bank s data and privacy practices. The Data & Privacy Operations Transformation Programme is a dedicated book of work to do this. The tentative roles could be:

• Support the design and implementation of processes and controls
• Assist to implement privacy management framework and data management framework
• Support the privacy and data impact assessments
• Identify, understand and assess trends in privacy and data management
• Perform as-is/to-be state analysis
• Assist to define requirements with stakeholders for new solutions
• Perform technology related analyses and assessments

Role 5- Cyber Centre of Excellence:The core mission for Information & Cyber Security (ICS) Centre of Excellence is to drive ICS risk reduction throughout the Bank through a consistent service-led offerings that enables our 1st line of cyber defence to plan, oversee and implement initiatives as well to respond to high-volume, high-velocity requests from our clients, regulators and our internal business teams. The tentative roles in this space could include:

• Conduct or support security assessments against legal, regulatory or mandatory requirements associated with a country/business
• Conduct or support security assessments against client or potential client requirements
• Support ICS reporting activities like reconciliation, validation etc. for data analysis and MI reporting
• Conduct or support periodical risk profiling for a country/region/business
• Support processes like internal review of security assessments, metrics collection and reporting
• Support Security Business Impact Assessments for required assets

Our Ideal Candidate

• Good analytical, communication and techno-functional documentation skills

• Good skills in OpenCV and Spacy packages
