Job Description

    We have urgent requirement for the below requirement.Working Days:5 days workingWeekly Offs:2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.Rounds of Interview: HR, Voice and Accent, Typing Speed 35+ Wmp and 95%+ Accuracy, Operations Round, Background verification.All Interviews will happen over telephonic and WhatsApp Video CallJob Details:
    1. Age: 20 years to 35 years
    2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (HSC+ 12 Month Exp.
    3. Maximum Qualification Graduates Fresher and (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)+BPO Experience
    4. Experience Any Under Grad With Exp.
    5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
    6. Shifts: Rotational shifts any 9 Hour ,(Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
    Salary: As per Market Standards 16k- 17k Net take home.Requirement:-Excellent communication skills.Should be very good in typing with 35 WPM/95% AccuracyMust be an analytical and a logical thinker to solve customer queries and issuesMinimum 6 months to 1 year of Experience in BPO support.Rounds of Interview HR+ VS+ ( 60% Passing ) + Ops roundBGV , address CheckLocation Boundaries:CST- VirarCST - KhargharCST - KalyanNote: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from office or HomeExperience: (Any Under Grad+ With Experience )
