Job Description

    Allure Medspa is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a positive experience throughout their interactions with our medspa.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.Assist clients in scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about our services.Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly and courteously.Address and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and in a timely manner.Maintain a strong knowledge of our medspa services, products, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.Coordinate with the medspa team to ensure smooth client flow and efficient scheduling.Maintain client records and update information as necessary.Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized reception area.Uphold a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement.Requirements:Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and managing customer information.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Knowledge of medspa services and beauty industry trends is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent.Join our team at Allure Medspa and contribute to creating a memorable experience for our valued clients.
