Job Description

    This position is responsible to quickly and responsibly build a leading consumer-focused digital-first skincare brand that will offer innovative quality solutions to the consumer. It would entail looking at all aspects of business including marketing, strategy and financials.Reporting directly to the Board :- Responsible to grow the revenue of the company through partnerships and alliances- Hire, grow, and manage a team of professionals for the region- Strategize the future outlook of the company- Identify consumer needs and trends, and develop the product portfolio to cater to them- Ensure smooth operations across business with robust processes and review mechanisms, and tackle all challenges related to scaling up the business- Build and lead an empowered team- Establish good tracking mechanisms of metrics for marketing and consumer satisfaction, and constantly look to learn and improve on the same- 15+ years of experience in consumer facing businesses with an exposure to scaling up online businesses, brand building and P&L management- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a sharp analytical mind- Be able to grasp and understand new business concepts, and guide him/herself through difficult/ambiguous situations- Have a deep understanding of consumer, and how to build a brand- Possess a robust know-how of digital marketing and online businesses- Have a strong drive and passion to scale up new businesses- Have the ability and agility to work in a startup environment,
