Job Description

    * Attend Sales morning meeting to discuss Customer Feedback/Complaints* Follow KIN Process* Responsible for Network Quality score- Kia India* Responsible for KDEP score* Responsible for Enquiry management* Identify steps in work processes.* Identify improvement opportunities* Carry out periodic review to assess the plan of action and take appropriate steps[Weekly]* Cordinate with every Customer post Booking* WhatsApp group creation and updation of status untill the Vehicle is deliveredto customer (Vehicle has long waiting period)*Share Welcome Mail to customer*Share Allocation mail once the vehicle is Alloted to customer* In case Customer doesnt wish to take vehicle due to uncertain reason, makesure De-allocation mail is shared to cust and same is acknowledged by customer* Share Delay in allocation mail to customer,In case waiting period is over butvehicle is not allotted/dispatched.*Share vehicle offered mail*Share Price revision mail* Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by team* Track customer concern internally before they Raise to KIA* Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently (Internal & DMS)* Visit to Dissatisfied Customers to make them Delighted* Keeping customers updated on the latest pricing and Allocation* Create positive relationships with new clients to help build the customer base* Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction ratings* Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these* Attending every customer at time of New Vehicle Delivery.* Co-ordinating with Sales, Service & backend team* Co-ordinating with other Branch CCM* Co-ordinating with Kia via Call or Mail regards to Complaint and Vehicleallocation* Keep track on Testdrive vehicle RO management* Monitoring and Managing Team Activities(CCE ,Telly caller, Receptionist, Delivery Cordinator and DMS)* Reporting to Branch Head* Reporting to VP
