Job Description

    The Customer Service Executive will assist online customers with their purchase and provide post purchase assistance.Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Handle Customers Inbound And Outbound Calls.
    • Solving Queries, Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services
    • Handle Customers Chat and Emails
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.

    Qualifications:
    • Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months preferred
    • Good communication skills
