    Job Title: Customer SupportIndustry: Manufacturing Functional Area: No. of vacancies: 1Experience: 7 to 10 yearsAnnual CTC: 9LpaJob Location: Mumbai(Andheri)Mandatory Key skills: Customer Support, handling customer query & Complaint, Sample management ,Indenting Business, Pre / Post Shipment Documentation, Shipping, Logistics , purchase orderCoordination with Customer and Commercial team for Indent Purchase order as per order forecast.Processing all Indent purchase order after screening techno commercial aspects.Indenting Business, Pre / Post Shipment Documentation, LC, Shipping, Logistics & Global Key Account Management.Working Closely with Product Manager, Key account Manager, Production and Supply Chain team from all over the world source plant. (USA, Europe, Asia) to ensure timely execution of indent order with 100%customer satisfaction level.Coordination with freight Forwarders / shipping carriers/agents, Marine insurance agent for import documentation / certification and shipment scheduling along with help of Solvay Aroma supply chain and Commercial Team.Preparation of set of Import document for key accounts.Customer Support, handling customer query & Complaint, Sample management and any specification documentation/ shipment request raised by customer.Coordination with sales/ Commercial team to get the forecast, Order Cockpit and then act accordingly to ensure timely execution and service of all indent Order along with 100% customer satisfaction level.Coordination with customer for LC against indent order, Invoice payment and ensuring 100% collection figure on monthly basis.Analyzing lead-time & Transit Time for Import Shipments from all over the world source plant. (USA, Europe, Asia).Tracking customer Complaint, Sample and Specific document status in MS-Excel to ensure all pending things get resolved as per standard lead-time.
