Job Description

    Role: Cyber Security ManagerLocation: MumbaiRoles and Responsibilities of a Cyber Security Candidate
    • Ensure and review IT and Cyber security policy annually or as required by the various regulators or other authorities.
    • Manage plan and maintain data and information security plan. Ensure that no PII data is transmitted outside without any approval.
    • Plan, create and ensuring that the data security and other security policies are implemented.
    • Conduct Risk Assessment of on premise and Cloud infra twice a year.
    • Monitor the Effectiveness of the measures against security risk management plan.
    • Be responsible for end point compliance in terms of patching and other security related signatures.
    • Ensure IT Security training is provided to all personnel on an annual basis. Engage users with regular mailers by enhancing their knowledge about Cyber threats and ways to mitigate.
    • Ensure compliance to User access management for the various IT assets hardware or software - across the organization whether on prem or on cloud.
    • Ensuring Vulnerability Assessment and Configuration Assessment are conducted on a quarterly basis and be responsible to close all the findings.
    • Red teaming activity to be performed once a year.
    • Document information related to IT security attacks, threats, risks and controls.
    • Establish and maintain a standard methodology for performing security tests in accordance with SEBI circular requirements.
    • Establish and review procedures based on the organizations security risk management plan.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of the current incident response plan against industry good practices.
    • Establish Cyber crises plan and perform pilot testing on a periodic basis.
    • Conduct Phishing email attack simulation twice a year.
    • Monitoring and maintaining the SIEM solution alerts and coordinating with various teams till closure.
    • Monitoring and maintaining the dark web monitoring solution alerts. Ensure closure and mitigation of alerts reported.
    • Monitoring and Maintaining the Web application firewall.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of action plans in addressing information risks.
    • Establish the process of reviewing and acting on Threat Intelligence.
    • Establish practice for threat hunting and its mitigation management.
    • Conduct Application security testing for existing and new applications and follow up till closure.
    • Recommend suitable enhancements to improve information security posture of the organization.
    • Ensure IT policies are seamless for every user whether operating from within the company network or from outside
