Job Description

    SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist/Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive model, and providing insights to help inform our business decisions.Job Role:
    • Analyze business processes to identify the data-backed opportunities in digital journey (acquisition, churn, win-back, UI/UX)
    • Assess large and complex datasets (tabular/text) using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
    • Develop AI/ML based solutions for customer segmentation, engagement, retention, pattern identification
    • Continuously monitor and improve the accuracy and efficiency of predictive models
    • Closely work with Business teams to understand the pain-points and propose data oriented interventions
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and apply them to our business needs
    Requirement:
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI/ML
    • Hands on in either Python or SQL is must
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to learn cutting edge technology is must
    • Experience in MS Azure cloud services AND/OR PowerBI desirable
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with IT, Marketing and Product teams
