Job Description

    We are seeking individuals for the position of Data Entry Specialist who possess a strong expertise in data analysis and an exceptional eye for detail. The company is a Financial Services firm experiencing significant growth and seeks to fill this critical position with a highly motivated candidate possessing intermediate-level spreadsheet skills and database management proficiency. Precise and rapid typing skills, along with excellent organizational capabilities, are essential for success in this role. If you are looking to launch your career as a Data Entry Specialist in a dynamic and expanding organization,As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
    • Assessing data from various sources and consolidating relevant information while filtering out extraneous data.
    • Researching and gathering additional information to supplement incomplete documents.
    • Thoroughly reviewing completed work for errors, inaccuracies, or duplicated data before final submission.
    • Maintaining meticulous records of progress, tasks, and files.
    • Conducting online searches to obtain information from various websites.
    • Inputting data accurately into spreadsheets, customer relationship management systems, and databases.
    • Analyzing and interpreting data sheets and reports to identify trends and insights.
    Requirements
    • Proficiency in Data Entry and Typing skills
    • Proven track record of performing Data Entry tasks with accuracy
    • Prior experience in Data Entry is mandatory
    • Consistent and high accuracy in typing
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the company
    • Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
    • Extensive computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems are essential for the candidate.
