Job Description

Job Profile

  • Execute trades as per the guidelines defined by Compliance and operating manual of the firm
  • Ensure timely & efficient execution of equity and Derivatives (Arbitrage Trades)trades
  • Optimizes cost and risk by diversifying trade execution through brokers
  • Input the orders in the system within stipulated time and ensure that all the transactions are recorded properly
  • Give updates to fund managers about trade execution. (Pending Execution, Block Deals. Price Movements in a stocks/stock etc.)
  • Tracks movements of stocks/key stocks on daily basis and briefs relevant fund managers about key alerts on time
  • Responsible for managing daily fund inflow/outflow, ensuring liquidity and minimizing tracking error
  • Develop expertise with the dealing system & responsible for incorporating any updates (limit, process) in dealing system
  • Periodic evaluation ofempanelled brokers as per the SEBI & Investment Criteria
  • Coordinate with respective internal department to ensure smooth settlement of trade
  • Taking care of the Cash Management on day to day basis and allocation of funds in schemes by coordinating with back office team for deal settlements and risk management team on daily basis
