Job Description

    • Help create/modify/maintain the pricing strategy for interest rates for Wealth Management s global deposit product suite; Recommend and present rate change proposals and analysis at monthly pricing meetings
    • Design, build and maintain models and databases in order to evaluate the impact of deposit rate changes on net interest income
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in the way we do business and recommend solutions
    • Complete ad-hoc analysis in support of the overall deposit business objectives
    • Develop essential management Information for decision support (e.g. analysis of competitor information and development of any strategic responses)
    • Develop the data analytics & reporting/visualization of that data to best deliver the message to the stakeholders; Plan, design & help develop the data model for future analytics
    • Lead and assist in creation of senior management presentation and reviews
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • 2+ years of experience within financial services, preferably supporting the Banking business
    • Financial services/lending & treasury background preferably in Wealth Management
    • Ownership of issues to resolution and knowing when to seek help/escalate
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate problems and solutions
    • Analytical skills - Data analysis & Quantitative analysis
    • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, R, Python, SAS, Tableau
    • Team player with positive attitudes towards new tasks, dealing with obstacles in daily tasks, details oriented and willingness to put in additional efforts
