Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We have a job opportunity with our firm. We are practicing chartered accountants specializing in the area of audit of financial intermediaries (Stock brokers, commodity brokers, depository participants, PMS companies, Housing Finance companies, Insurance companies, etc).Job Role: DP AuditExperience: fresher Min 2 Years Experience.Candidate from other role, Kindly DO NO APPLYLocation: SionResponsibility-
    • Candidate will be involve in auditing various process of Depository participants.
    • Verify the Execution of day today securities transaction in the system (Back office system namely DEBOS, DPSECURE & Main System of CDSL-CEDAS and NSDL-DPM system)
    • Vouching various products of DP Account Opening Form, Demat/ Remat Request Forms, Pledge & Hypothecation, Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) & product of Modifications.
    • Branch bank Audit with Updating Daily circulars & knowledge material to team members.
    • Drafting scrutinize value additions for report discussion with client & Ensure compliance after closing the relevant observations.
    • Executing & Drafting KYC, Monthly and half yearly report as per defined standards by SEBI,CDSL ,NSDL & Uploading the half yearly report on portal.
    • Attending management response through calls and e-mails.
    • Taking follow up and Close them within stipulated time.
    Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 240,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
