Job Description

    Key Job Responsibilities: Defining SOPs and manuals for the end to end process of Fixed Assets recording, reporting and compliance Review and ensure adherence of invoice accounting pertaining fixed assets to all statutory compliances Reconcile sub ledgers in the ERP (fixed assets to GL) as per defined timelines Account for monthly depreciation as per the defined SOPs and manuals Verify the fixed assets and reconcile with books of accounts Provide support in automation of fixed asset movement tracking and accounting Prepare monthly schedules and ageing reports and share with relevant stake holders Review the ledger accounts on periodic basis and report identified risks Prepare asset register as per defined timelines Provide support for the completion of all internal and statutory audits Complete asset capitalization as per defined timelines and in accordance with the accounting standards, Ind AS, Companies Act and defined SOPs Assign the relevant category and depreciation method as per the defined SOPs Work with IT team for automation of fixed asset movement tracking and accounting Monitor the fixed asset tracking system and share inputs for improvements Work with the commercial team for physical verification of fixed assets and reconcile with books of accounts Prepare schedules and ageing reports as per defined timelines and share with relevant stake holders Prepare dash boards and share with the relevant stakeholders as per defined timelines Review SOPs and checklists relating to fixed asset accounting on periodic basis, recommend necessary changes and take required actions in consultation with relevant stake holders on a periodic basis Finance Fixed asset accounting and controls compliance Financial reporting Process SLAs and SOPs adherence Statutory compliances adherence General Well versed with usage of Oracle Fusion Accounting, General Ledger Management Post qualification experience of 3-5 years If interested send your CVs on hidden_email ,
