Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Planning and Execution of legal activity. 2. Power Planning and scheduling 3. Power cost reduction by obtaining OA Power 4. Execution of Engineering changes in process, layout or machines as & when required. 5. Monitoring all spare management activities. 6. Maintaining Operational safety in plant. 7. Maintaining QS 9000, ISO-14000, OHSAS-18001 and TPM 8. Focus on cost saving projects. 9. Monitoring EMS system and deriving consumption reports. 10. Preventive and Predictive maintenance planning and scheduling. 11. Determining & improving skill level of new comers 12. Electrical Safety , Legal Applicability , IE Rules , CEA Regulation 2010 etc 13. Liasoning with PWD Electrical Inspectorate 14. IoT Preferred Industries ManufacturingAutomotive IndustryAutomobile Education Qualification BE (Electrical Engineer) with valid supervisor license General Experience 2-8 Years Critical Experience Operation and Maintenance of electrical utility like Transformers, VCB, Protections relays etc., Maintenance of DG set, Maintenance of Firefighting equipment s, Maintenance of Air compressors, Legal compliances, ENCON InitiativesElectrical Safety improvement, O& M skills of Electrical switchgear , Lock out Tag Out , RE Power , Power scheduling and budgeting Focus on reduction of Power cost by absorbing OA Power from Grid, Legal compliance, Maintenance scheduling, Spares management, Development of maintenance systems, Project planning and execution, manpower planning, Attacking breakdown.
