Job Description

    Deputy ManagerImplement safety management system inside plant to fulfill legal and other requirementOrganize different types of EHS trainings (including working at height, material handling, electrical safety, incident management, risk management, fire prevention) for Plant new and existing employees.Implement contractor management system inside plant pertaining to EHS requirementOrganize different types of EHS trainings at plant for new and existing contractor.Preparation of plant safety budget.Prepare and submit monthly safety reports to management.Liaising activities on behalf of company with legal department.Implement toolbox talk and organize toolbox talk in plant with the help of all department shift in charge.Conducting Incident investigation and provide corrective action.Formation of safety committee, conducting safety committee meeting at plant, preparation of safety committee meeting report and circulate the same up to management.Organize inspection of all Plant and Machinery with maintenance engineer at Plant.Coordination for the inspection of lifting tools & tackles, cranes, forklifts, pressure vessels, etc. as per statutory requirements.Planning ,Updation and Maintaining Firefighting system in plant.Provide training to GRA team member regarding HIRA. Provide guideline to GRA team member for Preparation of risk register.Implement work permit system.Preparation of emergency response plan and Conducting mock drill & Review of ERP.Organize and conduct motivational programs and competitions on the occasion of National Safety Week, World Environment Day, etc. at plant.Planning and development of PPE as per Plant requirement.
