Job Description

Expert in data mining from various ERP & Non ERP platform of the group, prepare MIS, price comparatives, quantity effect of commodity inflation, etc.
Must have advanced skills in Excel
Will be a central repository of data for Group SCM.
Monthly reporting to ensure that the Supply management team is on track with respect to monthly and yearly targets
Collaborating with PAN India supply management teams, cross functional teams to ensure the reports generated are accurate and head the MIS function across all the business.
To work on strategies under the guidance of Head SCM and present in to all the department key stake holders
To develop procedures and policies for smooth functioning of the department as per guidelines.
To forecast savings for the organization by analyzing purchases and inflation
Ensure deferred rebate reports are received, collated and invoiced each quarter in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that companys financial targets are achieved and not hampered.
To ensure that contract renewals are done on time by sending the team alerts
To conduct Management inspections of contractual cost, production and quality aspects of major procurement programs
To have continuous improvement plans for system, people and processes in order to be with the pace of the industry norms
