  • Microsoft O/S (DOS, XP, Vista, Win7, Win 8/10, Mac OS).
  • Hands-on with Lenovo/Dell/HP Laptops and Desktops hardware.
  • Hands-on with Apple Macbook, Ipad.
  • Hands-on with MS Office suite, O365 and standard applications.
  • Proficient with Citrix, RDP client environment
  • Hands-on with remote support tools.
  • Video conf. setup, Lifesize, Zoom, Skype
  • Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL certification desired.
Experience2-3 Years of experience.Job Responsibilities
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deploy, Support and maintain Desktop/Laptop hardware including peripherals and Operating systems, for multiple users and locations.
  • Deploy, Support and maintain typical BPO/KPO environment standard / Proprietary applications.
  • Deploy, Support and Maintain corporate boardroom / VC setups.
  • Deliver resolutions within SLA.
  • Log trouble tickets and coordination with vendors for on-site warranty support of IT assets.
  • End-user focused and diligent towards user requirements.
  • Work in team, following IT policies and processes, update IT ticketing systems.
  • To grasp and work on modern technologies and platforms.
