We provide support with advanced services to ensure optimal operations.In the role of DGM - FP&A, you will work cross functionally and lead a team of three analysts to develop insightful, actionable analytics and influential reporting packages to drive change and improved financial performance. This team will provide support across commercial, supply chain, income statement, balance sheet and cash reporting metrics.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Executing the monthly, quarterly close process with a standardized package of financial reports and key operational metrics
  • Collaborate with various Finance leaders to develop a standard catalogue of financial reports and key operational metrics, delivered on a continuous basis, which drive action and deliver improved financial results
  • Drive projects to digitize our analytics and reporting capabilities as well as identifying and delivering finance simplification initiatives to simplify & streamline our financial reporting systems
  • Reporting responsibilities will include but not limited to commercial (price, orders, backlog, organic growth), margin walks (productivity, inflation and mix) and cash (working capital, Capex).
  • Lead a team of three finance analysts to deliver impactful, accurate and on-time reporting as well as providing coaching and leadership to their team
  • Support ad hoc analysis as required, including requests from the Sr. Director, FP&A and CFO
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management. MBA is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of finance or business/commercial operations experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience
  • Strategic thinker; strong bias for action and results, always driving towards simplification & transparency
  • Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing; produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
  • Must be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong operational mindset to create standardized, repeatable financial reports and deliver them with accuracy and timeliness
  • Established project management skills
  • Proficient in HFM, SAP, Business Objects, Spotfire, SQL, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
