Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables (1) Developing and implementing effective and responsive Supply Chain Business model for Farm Machinery (2) Overseeing Farm Machinery end to end Supply chain - Logistic and stockyard management and meet defined TAT for major product line from order to delivery time. (3) Optimizing order fulfillment through collaboration with Sales & operation planning of FD and SD division, business stakeholders and other internal teams (4) Managing Inventory levels at stockyards by implementing proper inventory control measures to prevent stock-outs and/or dead stocks. (5) Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for entire Logistic and Stockyard management of Farm Machinery to meet operational goals of inventory, Delivery time and other supply chain matrices. (6) Implementing quality control measures for all fulfillment process (7) Creating and executing operational budgets Education Qualification B. Tech (Mechanical) /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Graduate in any other stream with specialized Diploma in Logistics Operations. Preferred Industries Automobile General Experience - Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and promptly respond to caller issues - Experience in People management - SupplyChian domain expertise Critical Experience -Good at MS Excel / MS Office - Knowledge of SAP Desirable - TS or ISO 9000 Quality system basics - SOP / work instruction / process flow preparation System Generated Secondary Skills ,
