Job Description

    Job descriptionRole & responsibilitiesPurpose:The purpose of the role is to ensure a focused growth in the existing LTL business of Mumbai. This will involve both aggressive acquisitions and revenue growth from the existing base. People Manager role involving managing a team of KAMs
    • LTL Revenue Growth
    • NBD
    • Revenue Growth Mom & QoQ
    • Responsible for retaining and growing the clients base
    • Developing & Guiding teams
    • Responsible for collections
    • Cross functional interaction with ops, CS, collection and billing teams
    Preferred candidate profileEducational Background- MBA / B.Tech preferred
    • Functional Skills- Good geography and clients knowledge, Market Intelligence, Business Acumen, Aggressive Hustler, LTL/PTL Product knowledge
    • Experience- 8-15 years of experience in new client acquisition, hunting new accounts, deal closure and negotiations along with onboarding them. Preferably
    from Logistics/Supply chain.
    • Behavioral Skills- Good communication and analytical skills. Excellent customer service skills in the areas of problem-solving, task prioritization and follow-up. Ability to lead a team. Ability to work with minimal direction, be organized, have the ability to prioritize commitments and projects.
