This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesThis individual will join a global team that jointly reports into both Financial Markets (FM) and Transaction Banking (TB) businesses as the two businesses collaborate to grow TBFX business globally. Responsibilities include -

  • Working with Product Managers, Coverage and Sales across Financial Markets and Transaction Banking to develop strategy for growth of the TBFX business globally in the areas of Trade Finance and Trade services
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue, market share and growth of TBFX products in Trade Service and Trade Finance products globally
  • Determine and drive book of work across cross-functional technology teams, manage end to end delivery of capabilities across technology, operations, implementation and service teams
  • Drive distribution of current and new capabilities through FM and TB Sales and Coverage teams through global initiatives
  • Further have accountability for ASEAN region to drive both cash and trade FX revenue
  • Active engagement in RFP process and large client deals in ASEAN

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in Business, Technology or equivalent disciplines.
  • Prior experience in Transaction Banking (Trade) product and/ or sales is mandatory
  • Additional experience in Transaction Banking (Cash) product or sales is a plus
  • Strong Product Management, Project Management and analytical problem solving
  • Solid Product Management experience in implementing medium-large scale product enablers and platforms in the transaction banking or financial markets areas across multiple countries
  • Ability to work to tight timelines and at the same time produce quality work
  • Ability to engage stakeholders within business, operations and technology
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • 10+ years of banking experience.
