Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    1. Measuring, improving & monitoring felid warranty key measure of performance like Repairs per hundred (RPH) / Warranty cost per tractor (CPT)
    2. Analysis of field complaints, identifying the correct cause, taking measures with faster pace using systematic problem-solving methodology.
    3. Working as team leader / cft member in identification of warranty project process with various cross function team like customer care / Design / part development / mfg team / SCPC.
    4. Field visits / dealer visit for understanding concern, understanding applications, usage pattern, onsite analysis, etc.
    5. Providing swift customer response for field fix solution for CVL/ emerging issues
    6. Data analysis, failed return part analysis for predicting the upcoming / emerging issues.
    7. Identification of critical parameter list for implemented warranty projects & sustenance through audits of SQI, PQA & RQA.
    8. Leveraging IT for online data record/ update of all customer issue for easy access at all plants.
    9. Facilitate CDT to ensure on time completion of warranty projects, proper escalation as per warranty project SOP.
    Working with customer care team for failed part scrutiny, faster decision to maintain smooth working at warranty yard. Preferred Industries EngineeringAutomobile Education Qualification Diploma/BE in Mechanical / Auto General Experience 3 to 7 years in Automobile / Tractor Industry, working in Customer QA or Manufacturing
    • Certified Lead Auditor. Awareness of TS16949, Process & product Auditing Skills, Presentation & MIS generation knowledge
    • Knowledge about tractor implement and applications in field / testing agencies like CMVR/ budhani, homologation.
    • 7 QC tools, statistical tools
    • Computer skills / APQP/FMEA/PPAP /SPC/ MSA
    • COPQ
    • CRE
    • CQE
