Job Description

    Position: Executive Assistant to directorExperience-Min 2 YearsAge- Max 36 YearsLocation-Mumbai (Andheri East, Chakala)Job and Responsibilities Support the Director in all administrative functions, including planning his workload. Ensuring all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner. Schedule appointments, itineraries, co-ordinate meetings, prepare agendas. Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results. Providing support to the Director in delivering the daily objectives such as provide administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events. Project co-ordination ensuring rapid completion of project within stipulated time. Handle any other task or assignment arising in the daily course of work. Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies. Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information. Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executives absence and speaking for the executive. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Manage calendars and set up meetings. Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.Desired Candidate Profile: Smart and Presentable.Scheduling, Organisation, Time management skills.Excellent problem solving and Decision-making skillHighly skilled in communication.
