Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Generation of Informatory Reports for decision making. Prioritization of issues that need to be presentedto the executive. Preparation of executive summaries of meeting and proposals. Follow up on Project progress/other issues. Coordination with functional head on regular basis. Integration of various reports to present a snapshot to the executive. Validation of information passed on to the executive. Interfacing between the executive and other functional heads. Ensuring seamless execution of projects. Anticipating requirements and updating the executive with relevant information. Develop good understand ing of business. Analyzing competition and market trends. Evaluating business performance. Gathering market intelligence. Role in budgeting activities. Developing targets and growth plans for the organization. Spearheading initiatives across the functions. Benchmarking organizational processes with the best practices.
