    • Tech Lead profile, should be able to handle overall projects
    • Should be able to design the entire solution, review and do presentation
    • Developing/Supporting complex efforts involving Analysis, Design, Development, and testing of various application components with-in Investment Operations domain.
    • Hands on developer capable of debugging the system and fixing the production related issues, Knowledge of Eagle Star/Pace R15
    • Strong ability to analyze functional needs that drive the analysis and technical design of quality technical solutions.
    • Implements solutions that are aligned with business/IT strategies and complies with Nuveens Architectural standards.
    • Resolves complex application and technical problems.
    • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies; Provides mentoring and training to more junior staff.
    • Handles complex operational tasks and recommends processing and technology changes.
    • Working knowledge of batch operations and maintenance
    Qualification / Skillsets (Oracle / Unix)
    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline with over 14+ yrs of work experience in Software Application Development
    OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline with over 10+ yrs of work experience in Software Application Development
    • Strong experience with Unix Scripting and PL/SQL
    • 4+ experience with Eagle STAR Message Center, IWS and Panel Development.
    • Hands on developer Knowledge of below Eagle Star/Pace modules:
      • IWS
      • Uploaders/Exporters
      • SRM
      • Eagle ML
      • Pace Schema
      • Pricing Center
    • Strong Knowledge of Eagle Data Base and SQL.
    • Working knowledge of ETL (Data stage), Scheduling, File/Data transfer and messaging technologies.
    • Experience in financial service industry with good knowledge of investment management is desirable
    • Working knowledge of autosys scheduling tool
    • Good Communication Skills
