Job Description

It is a part of the USD 2.4 Billion Kalyani Group, a leading industrial house in India and among the largest and technologically most advanced manufacturers of Forged & Machined components in the world.

  • Blasting bulk emails and generating leads through email marketing. Creating HTML docs, database management
  • Manage and build overall email marketing strategy
  • Create various email lists and campaigns
  • Create and design email templates
  • Test every campaigns success
  • Determine email marketing KPIs
  • Develop and present reports on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis
  • Develop a lead generation strategy
  • Create smart email lists
  • Increase email subscriptions
  • Analyze data to get smart insights
  • Suggest methods for improvements
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes and promotions that succeed through email
Desired Candidate profile:
  • 25 to 35 years
  • 2 to 3 years as Team Leader in email Marketing
  • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems, Familiarity with analytical and database tools, Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
  • People Management skills and Analytical
  • Shifts (24 X 7)
