Job Description

    Lead - Business Strategy-Chronic Cluster/Acute cluster1. Lead the specific Strategic Marketing Projects for respective Cluster.2. Play a pivotal role in deciding Marketing Strategies for respective Cluster.3. Help and guide division specific Marketing teams of the respective cluster.4. Ensuring that the Defines strategies are well executed.5. Active Participation in New product evaluation, launch plan, primary and secondary research, KOL opinion and feedback.6. New division launch plan and strategy.7. Digital outreach and engagement plan. ATL / BTL activities.8. Active participation in Commercial evaluation of in licensing opportunities for brands / portfolio of brands9. Brand analysis using secondary research through Iqvia / AWACS/ CMARC ie Sales and prescription analysis to drive insights and brand strategy10. KPI monitoring of brands and support the business teams on brand strategy.11. Work on strategy for digital initiatives/ medical initiative and purpose initiatives of the company. Design strategy and outreach plan for these initiatives.12. Advertisement and communication strategy for the brands. Marketing plan for core brands. P&L analysis and management as a support to President.KPIs:1. Growth Of Strategic Brands.2. Performance- Topline and target achievements of those strategic brands.3. Quality of Communication to Division Marketing teams.Qualification:1. MBA from Reputed and Premier Institutes.Experience:1. Sales and Marketing Roles in Leading organization/Leading Start ups.2. Brand Building Experience.3. Roles in Strategic Brand Marketing is Preferred.4. Experience of doing Performance and Growth Marketing would be preferred5. Pharma/Healthcare/Pharmatech/Consultancies/ Health tech companies preferred.,
