JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead a small group of highly talented engineers to build platform components to power various microservices.Responsible for the end-to-end architecture of the Platform. Leads High- & Low-level design of critical components.Mentor other Senior & Lead engineersThe ideal candidate has:More than 7 years of Hands-on experience building end to end critical applicationsGood experience in Product/Business and handling teamsExperience with any of the following languages like Java / Nodejs / PythonExpertise in microservice / Data modeling / AWS / MessagingExpertise in building scalable & reliable systemsGood Experience in working with technologies like AWS, Redis,Experience in messaging systems like SQS/RabbitMqGood knowledge of caching, Databases, distributed systems.Strong problem solving and analytical skillsGood to Have:Minimum 5 Years of experience in startupsGood startups which have seen scale (Million+ users) - PreferableFlipkart/Swiggy/Dunzo/Zomato/Ola (3+years of experience)Years of Exp: 7 -14 yrs.Qualification:Engineering graduates from Tier I or II institutes.B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ ME/ M.Tech
