Job Description

    Job Description
    • This role will lead the Institutional sales channel for the EV store. This role requires strong planning and collaboration skills with a solution mindset to create customized EV solutions for SMEs. This role will have to create strong alliances in the EV Ecosystem within OEMs, finance agencies, insurance, and logistic partners. This position will create the strategy for growth and manage a team of Institutional sales executives to drive the B2B business.
    Key Deliverables:
    • Create a strategy and plan to target the various B2B channels for EV mobility solution across the region.
    • Create a pipeline for Institutional sales by targeting B2B customers looking for EV mobility solutions.
    • Identify various verticals like food delivery, Ecommerce delivery, Last mile connectivity, Institutional internal mobility etc.
    • Create a strong ecosystem of OEMs, IOT Tech, Finance, logistics, insurance, charging infrasWe expect candidates to:
    • Have strong institutional/B2B/Corporate sales capability and the ability to identify and create sales opportunities.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English
    • Drive collaborations within the EV ecosystem and build a network among the B2B customers.
    • Be confident with numbers and analytical skills, should be well versed in PowerPoint, Excel & Office.
    • Be prepared to travel to meet customers.
    • Have some knowledge of the EV industry structure to provide EV solutions.
    • Identify the requirements and create customized EV solution proposals for B2B customers.
    • Lead the Institutional sales team with SMART goals and KPIs
    Education/ExperienceQualifications:
    • A Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing
    • 7 - 10 years of strong B2B/ Institutional/ Corporate sales experience.
    • Should be able to drive and manage a team.
