Job Description

    What were looking for:Experience Minimum 5 to 7 yearsDesignation Audit ManagerQualification Chartered Accountant. CIA Qualification will be an added advantage.Working Location Ghatkopar. The job will involve outstation travelling on a regular basis in a month.Technical Skills required.
    • Should have hands-on experience in Internal Audits of manufacturing companies.
    • Sound working experience in SAP is a pre-requisite.
    • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    • Sound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Should keep oneself updated of the latest developments and trends in the profession.
    • Should be able to draft the audit reports independently.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Understanding of Internal Audit Accounting Standards in Indian context.

    • Should be handled to manage the assignment independently.
    • Should be able to lead and manage the team.
    • Deadline Oriented with efficiency and speed.
    • Managing expectations of the stakeholders through regular communications.
    • Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving Attitude.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Review internal controls, policies, and procedures for effectiveness and planning.
    • Develop and execute risk-based audit plan.
    • Develop and implement internal audit programs and processes.
    • Organize and oversee day-to-day internal audit activities.
    • Develop appropriate time schedules to ensure complete coverage of assigned areas.
    • Review and analyse changes in regulations and ensure their compliance.
    • Engage with the clients and team on ongoing basis.
    • Provide timely and accurate feedback on client issues and requests.
    • Compile monthly audit report within the given deadlines.
    • Maintain the requisite audit documentation.
    • Undertake regular follow-up on pending issues / findings and ensure timely closure of the same.
