Job Description

    Position: Executive HR & Communication (MNC Manufacturing Company)Role:- This position will be responsible for HR and Communication function in the company. This includes, Talent Management, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Performance Management etc. This role would include all facets of HR from Hire to Retire- Talent Management: Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning- On-boarding: As a part of pre on boarding process keep the candidate engaged till the time the candidate joins, by calling them and following up with them, Ensure that pre-employment Medical check-ups are conducted, Plan and co-ordinate employee Induction with the leadership team, etc.- HR Operations: Initiate Probation Assessment for the employees, Conduct their Probation Interviews; Conclude their confirmation- L&D - Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.- Identify various training programs to be scheduled and co-ordinate with leadership team and make the training calendar for the year.- Identify various vendors for execution of training and co-ordinate with them for the programs.- Execute the training programs and collect feedback.- Performance Management: Implement PMS throughout the organisation, this includes.co-ordinating with the leadership team.- Filling the KRA forms and assessing it, provide feedback on the forms filled.- Quantify the KRAs as far as possible along with the leadership team.- Documentation: Revise all the forms and formats, Draft policies, procedures, SOPs and publish them, Ensure all formats of letters are up to date.- Employee Engagement: Ensure employee engagement through employee interaction- Current Location is Mumbai, however, after 1 yr the position will shift to PuneRequirement:- Qualification : MBA / Equivalent degree with specialization in HR- Experience : 4 years- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.- Proficient with Microsoft Office.- Current Location is Mumbai, however, after 1 yr the position will shift to Pune.
