Job Description

    Industry : Global Freight Forwarding.Location : Andheri East,Near Metro,Mumbai, Nagpur.2 openings at each location.Experience : Minimum 3+ years in similar fieldCTC Budget : Upto Rs. 8 LPA (Salary will be based on years of experience, knowledge & overall interview process)Individual Contributor profile.
    • Responsible for overall business development Freight forwarding Air and Sea.
    • Generating regular leads for various Products/division (Pharma/Engineering/Textil/RMG/Retail/Consumer Goods).
    • Generation of Inbound and Outbound air and sea cargo from various origins and different destinations.
    • Meeting new and existing clients in designated area, understanding their logistics needs and then provide a complete cost- effective solution of their requirements.
    • Support sales team in business growth by regularly visiting existing and new customers and targeting their cross functional business.
    • Monthly/Quarterly reviews with customer to gain confidence/ volumes.
    • Coordination with sales support staff and customer -support departments to ensure best of the services to the customers.
    • To ensure timely collection of payments from the customers.
    • Ensure all the billing files are timely shared with Accounts team and support in collection of overdue o/s payments by following up with customers.
    • Act as front end to all the customer issues and ensure regular operational support for all the business handled.
    • Generate MIS as per the business need for the customer and Management.
    • Liaison with overseas office and seeking their support for important customers.
    • In addition to freight forwarding, selling all other products i.e. Export/Imports (Custom Clearance), warehousing, transport etc.
