Job Description

WE have opening for below postPosition : Exim managerExperience : 10-12 yearsLocation : BandraSalary : upto 60kRequirement :

  • IMPORT :
  1. Record maintaining of Import Cargo & updating the ETA Schedule.
  1. Informing all Concern Department/Vendor i.e. Operation, Finance, Factory, CHA, Surveyor, Barge Operator etc about the Status of the Shipment.
  1. Forwarding N/N Import Docs to CHA for processing Bill of Entry.
  1. Calculating Import Duty, Barge Amount, Insurance, Wharfage, Stamp Duty, D.O. Charges etc and giving statement to Accounts and Audit Department.
  1. Checking & tallying Bill of Entry Check List with our Statement and giving instruction to CHA to Upload the Bill of Entry on Custom Site.
  1. Forwarding Surveyor and Barge Appointment Letter of every Vessel before arrival of Vessel.
  1. Forwarding Stream Discharge Letter Vessel agent and CHA for getting necessary permission from Mumbai Port & Customs.
  1. Approving Bills of CHA, Barge Operator, Surveyor etc.
  1. After receipt of Original Bill of Entry from CHA sending Original to respective factories IGST Claim and Photo Copies to finance Department.
  1. Preparing BOND/LUT against Advance Licence and submit to Customs for Duty Waiver.
  1. Maintaining Licence Wise Import/Export Statement of Advance Licence.
  1. After Receiving EODC/Redemption from DGFT than applying to Mumbai customs for Bond/LUT Cancellation.
  1. After Receiving Bond Cancellation handing over original Licence to Ramya Madam.
  1. Visiting Customs Office if any Query raised.
  • INSURANCE
Taking Insurance Cover and Renewal
  1. Negotiating for Insurance Premium, terms of cover while taking Insurance Policy in co-ordination Senior Manager.
  1. Following Up with Insurance Company and Agent for Policy, Claim etc.
  1. Marine (Export, Import, Domestic) Fire, Tanker, Cars etc
Filing Insurance Claim
  1. Calculating Claimable Shortage of on the base of surveyors report.
  1. Cargo Loss due to shortages under import 0.25%
Export & Import Insurance and Claim
  1. Preparing Export Insurance after Receipt of N/N Docs from Senior.
  1. Preparing Import Insurance for L/C Opening after receipt P.I. from Finance Dept.
  1. Re-Preparing Import Insurance for Custom Clearance after N/N Documents from Importer.
  1. Calculating Shortage Claims and preparing Claim Bill for Import Shipment.
  1. Preparing Claims File in co-ordination with Senior.
DGFT
  1. Applying for New Advance Licence for Duty Waiver.
  1. Applying for Redemption with DGFT after completion of Import & Export.
  1. Replying to DGFT against Query raised.
  1. Following & Visiting DGFT office for Advance Licence and Redemption.
  1. Applying for IEC Amendments.
