Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Purpose/Summary-Require Export/Import person to handle documentation & Operations Duties & Responsibility- 1.Manages the import/export process, and ensures compliance with foreign government laws and regulations. 2. Liasoning with DGFT ,Export benefits under various Government Schemes ECGC. 3. Expedites the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentation and transportation. 4. Oversees the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner. 5. Negotiate with clients or handle issues with customs officials. 6. Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes. Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations. 7. Search for possibilities to reduce taxes. 8. Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organizations sales activities. 9. Budget and Manage International Trade and Taxations. 10. Resolve the Issue regarding the Export Orders. 11. Report to Management on activities and Issue. 12. Coordination with the CHA for on going issues with custom and CFS. 13. Correspondence with Import suppliers. Key Skills Required Customs / Banking- Documentation & Operation, CFS ,Import, Transportation, Export Shipment, CHA,DGFT, Preferably Jewellery Background.,
